Construction Services

Proper planning prior to the construction phase of a project ensures high-quality results. During the planning phase, we: 

  • Review the scope of the project with our Customers.
  • Perform a site survey.
  • Render design layouts on paper and discuss options.
  • Provide a range of design and material options to fit our Customer's tastes and budget.
  • Submit a proposal and plan for HOA approval.
  • Provide certificate of liability insurance and written waranty.
  • Establish site accessibility conditions approved by our Customer.
  • Contact DIG TESS for State-mandated underground utilities detection. 
  • Schedule delivery of materials.
  • Implement management control of all project activities.
  • Prepare and implement subcontract agreements and purchase orders.

During production, our project manager is on-site and in communication with Customers and work crews regularly.  Change orders may be drawn up and executed at this time.  A walk-through with our Customers is performed at the end of each job where a punch-out list may be generated to be covered in the warranty period.
